ABOUT BACISTRATEGIC PLANBACI has develoed a new 5-year strategic plan -- or PATH -- for 2011 - 2016. It was created after meeting with four key stakeholder groups -- the people we serve, their families, staff, and community members. Each group discussed their hopes and dreams for BACI, and for good lives for the people we support. Ideas from each group were captured in the images below: Hopes and Dreams -- People we Serve Hopes and Dreams -- Family and Friends Hopes and Dreams -- Staff Hopes and Dreams -- Community Members An operational plan is being developed that maps out the goals and actions to meet the "Possible and Positive" goals captured in the PATH. The operational plan for the next six months will be presented to BACI's membership at our March 17 General Meeting. The plan for the next five years will be presented at our Annual General Meeting in September.
