ADULT &
YOUTH SERVICES
Youth Program
Funding from the United Way and our fund-raising efforts enable
us to provide services for teens and
persons transitioning into adulthood. The BACI Youth Program
offers activities and alternatives for teens to access their
communities and network with their peers.
The program operates 3 days per week during the school year and
5 days per week during the summer months, serving 8 people at any
time.
The staff ratio is 1:4.
By providing a safe, healthy and responsive environment, the
support workers promote the youths' growth and learning abilities.
Our goal is to provide a rich and positive experience in a
physical, emotional and creative program. The activities provide
social experiences for all youths with disabilities living in
Burnaby.
Enrollment is on a first come, first serve basis. Youth may sign
up for all three days or one or two -- whichever works for their
schedule.
Fees are $45 per month for three days a week, $30 per month for
2 days a week, and drop-in fees are $5 per session. Pre-payment for
monthly registration is required and guarantees your spot each
day.
Parents are responsible for transporting their children to and
from the program's starting point.
For more information on BACI's Youth Program, please email youth.services@gobaci.com
or call 604. 299. 7862.
